Actor Ezra Miller is being accused of harboring a mother and her three children in unsafe conditions on a farm he owns in the US state of Vermont.
Rolling Stone advances that The 25-year-old lives with her children, ages one to five, on the Miller estate. since mid-April, a situation that worries the children’s father. The magazine claims to have heard the testimony of the man and two other sources who fear for the safety of the minors.
The two witnesses stated that they saw the mother and her children in an environment that they describe as chaotic and insecure, with weapons scattered around the house and frequent use of marijuana in front of minors.
One of the sources – who preferred to remain anonymous for fear of reprisals – even mentions an episode in which one of the children, just one year old, put a bullet in his mouth.
Video footage Rolling Stone says it had access to display at least eight weaponsincluded rifles, scattered around the living room. The magazine also adds that there are reports of cannabis production on the property.
The children’s mother assures, however, that the actor helped her get out of a “violent and abusive” relationship with her partner: “Miller’s ranch has been a healing refuge for us,” he assured.
There may be firearms for self-defense and they are kept in a part of the house where children never go. My children can relax thanks to the security and love that Ezra has given them.”
The children’s father, on the other hand, tells another version: “I want my children back (…) I have a bad feeling“he told Rolling Stone.
The couple’s relationship has been marked by some conflictive episodes. In May 2021, the woman filed a domestic abuse case and a paternity case.
The actor, known for his roles in “Flash” and “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them,” would have met the family last month during a trip to Hawaii, where he was arrested, in one case, for disorderly conduct, harassment and in another situation, for assault in the second degree.
Ezra Miller arrested again in Hawaii. This time, he is charged with second degree assault.
The children’s father reports that Miller arranged a flight for his children, allegedly without his permission. Since then he has not seen them or been able to contact them, so he filed a lawsuit in court.
After returning from Hawaii, Miller has been involved in controversial episodes. The parents of Tokata Iron Eyes, an 18-year-old activist, filed a temporary protection order against the actor, claiming that he maintained influence over the young woman through violence, intimidation and drugs.
In another case, reported by The Guardian, a mother and her 12-year-old daughter received a temporary harassment prevention order following alleged misconduct by Miller in Massachusetts.
