The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that “A 21-year-old young man from Jenin was hit by live bullets in the thigh during clashes that broke out with occupying forces who fired bullets, sonic bombs, poisons and tear gas. “
The agency said that “Israeli raids and incursions caused severe damage to the contents of the targeted houses and led to the arrest of the sons of the released prisoner Ibrahim al-Sheikh, namely: Uday, Kusai, Ahmed and Muhammad. the occupying soldiers opened fire inside their house and at their vehicles.”
In the relevant context, she stated that “the occupying forces stormed the village of Deir Ghazala, northeast of Jenin, and handed over a report to citizen Ibrahim Abu Alia to verify intelligence in the Salem camp.”
Since the morning hours, Israeli forces have increased their military presence and set up ambushes and mobile checkpoints south of Jenin, especially in the vicinity of the villages and towns of Yabad, Arraba, Marka, Bir el-Basha, Kefirt, Kafr Kood and Al-Hashimiyah.
