Israeli police have arrested a 17-year-old Palestinian minor who was attempted to be raped by an Israeli employer on the pretext that he came to work within the Green Line without legal permission.

Lawyer Alaa Talavi, who represented the interests of the minor through the prosecutor’s office, explained that “the Israeli police violated international law with their behavior, since the minor personally approached the police to file a complaint, and in response, the police arrested him instead of helping. In addition, he was accepted by the police decision to bring the juvenile to trial and rudely asked the court to extend the juvenile’s detention”.

Yesterday, the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that “A 21-year-old young man from Jenin was hit by live bullets in the thigh during clashes that broke out with occupying forces who fired bullets, sonic bombs, poison and tears. gas”.

The agency said that “Israeli raids and incursions caused severe damage to the contents of the targeted houses and led to the arrest of the sons of the released prisoner Ibrahim al-Sheikh, namely: Uday, Kusai, Ahmed and Muhammad. the occupying soldiers opened fire inside their house and at their vehicles.”

In the relevant context, she stated that “the occupying forces stormed the village of Deir Ghazala, northeast of Jenin, and handed over a report to citizen Ibrahim Abu Alia to verify intelligence in the Salem camp.”
