The president of ISEC, Mário Velindro, highlighted the efforts that have been made to approach some higher education institutions in Brazil.
ISEC is working on a project that will allow double degree coursesso that Portuguese and Brazilian students can be graduated simultaneously by ISEC and by the corresponding university in Brazil.
