Covid-19: Macau resident sentenced to suspended prison for violating partial lockdown

A man was sentenced to five months in prison, suspended for two years, for violating partial lockdown measures, on a day Macau recorded its fourth Covid-19-related death.

Macau closed Monday, and until July 18, all non-essential commercial activities, including casinos, imposing the mandatory use of KN95 or “higher standard” masks and prohibiting staying on the street.
