The day was marked by a Russian attack on the city of Vinnytsia, in central Ukraine. Three missiles hit a residential area, reportedly near a medical center, killing at least 23 people. For the Ukrainian president, this is further proof that Russia must be recognized as a terrorist state.
It was reported that Russia imposed three conditions on Ukraine to return to the negotiating table: Ukraine’s status as a non-aligned and non-nuclear country, recognition of the annexation of Crimea, and the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.
