Regarding the transfer of 100 million shekels to the Palestinian Authority without inclusion in the budget, to establish that this fund is managed by the Civil Administration and security agencies in coordination with the Ministry of Finance.

It is noteworthy that a month ago, the Knesset Committee on Foreign Affairs and Security held a wide discussion of payments to the Palestinians, and despite the participation of 10 representatives of the Israeli government, including the civil administration, the Ministry of Finance, etc., this information was not disclosed and was hidden.
