Earlier, the Russian and Ukrainian delegations signed a special agreement on the extraction of grain from Ukraine under the auspices of the UN and the Turkish authorities in the capital Istanbul.
The Russian delegation was headed by Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, while the Alakorian delegation was headed by Infrastructure Minister Vladislav Krikli. The two delegations signed the agreement separately with Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar.
