Activists have slammed French Prime Minister Elisabeth Bourne for smoking an e-cigarette in a public session of parliament and called on authorities to take immediate action to punish her.
A video shared by activists on social media shows Bourne smoking a cigarette under his mask in the National Assembly, in the center of the chamber, during government inquiries on Tuesday, July 19, 2022.

The video also shows the French prime minister smoking while seal keeper Eric DuPont Moretti speaks into a microphone.
According to French media, this is not the first time that Elisabeth Bourne has been seen smoking an electronic cigarette on a bicycle.
