Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that “Turkey may in the future open channels of dialogue between Russia and Ukraine, as was done when solving the problem of grain stuck in Ukrainian ports.”
In his speech at the graduation ceremony of Ibn Khaldun University students in Istanbul, he explained that “his country has been able to maintain good diplomatic relations with the countries of the region, despite the hesitation and unrest that has befallen it recently, without endangering its political, economic and military interests.
Erdogan emphasized that “Turkey is moving forward towards the achievement of the 2023 goals and the vision of 2053 through the democracy and development that it has provided over the past 20 years”, highlighting that “during the last period, Turkey has been fighting with tutelary forces, terrorist organizations and putschists” . And he pointed out that “the healthcare and production sectors have proven their strength in two periods of the corona epidemic and the Russian-Ukrainian war.”
