Israel’s Mossad chief, David Barnea, warned that the impending nuclear deal with Iran would be a “strategic disaster” if signed.
Barnia believes that the long-term agreement will make it easier for Iran to achieve nuclear weapons.
According to the head of the Mossad, the only thing that is changing now is the “tactics of the deal” of Iran, which is under the watch of the great powers, led by the United States.
The head of Mossad stated that “Iran will return to this agreement because Iran and America have strategic interests in this” and Barnia mentioned in various briefings that “the probability of signing the contracts is close to 100%”.
In a meeting with Lapid, Barnia warned that “this signing will allow the Iranians to achieve very great capabilities” by referring to the hundreds of billions of dollars that will enter the country after the lifting of sanctions based on the agreement.
Pointing out that these aids help Hezbollah, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the Houthis, groups loyal to Tehran, the Quds Force and Hamas, Barnia added: This creates important challenges in the field for America and Israel.
The head of the Mossad is concerned that some countries in the region will look to Iran as a “role model” and that it will be difficult for Israel to deal with Iran’s significant expansion.
Barnia explained in his briefings that the agreement that is about to be signed is worse than the agreement that was in 2015, but now in 2022, the Americans will sign the agreement even though the Iranians have no explanation for the open cases in the JCPOA. do Energy Agency
