The inventory of dozens of boxes of documents found by the FBI during the raid on Donald Trump’s mansion in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, has already been released. The revelation of the contents of the boxes comes a day after US judge Aileen Cannon ordered the inventory list to be made public.
The FBI revealed this Friday the contents found, which included more than 10,000 documents and photographs of the US government.
According to the BBC, searches on August 8 at Mar-a-Lago turned up three documents marked confidential, 17 documents classified as secret, and seven documents as “top secret.” In addition, 28 empty folders were found that had the indication “return to secretarial/military personnel”. In the case of these empty folders, it is not yet clear what information they might contain.
The list of information obtained by the FBI shown by Fox News also indicates that clothing, newspaper clippings and photographs were found in the seized boxes.

Donald Trump’s defense allegedly claimed that the documents obtained during this raid were personal documents of the former US president. Lawyers for the American businessman also complained that Trump’s personal documents were part of “ongoing negotiations” with the National Archives, which “suddenly turned into a criminal investigation.”
Justice Department lawyers argue that the recovered documents do not belong to Donald Trump, but to the White House.
Trump revealed that he had been searched by the FBI, complaining that this entity had invaded the resort in Mar-a-Lago and damaged the safe that was in the house. In addition, through social networks he also accused the FBI of resorting to searches to try to stop a possible re-election of Trump to the White House.
