The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has learned that “the leadership of the militias loyal to Iran has instructed its military formations to completely cease hostilities and observe the headquarters, and in case of individual violation through the military police to impose a fine.”

Observatory sources said that “Since the end of last week, militias loyal to Iran have removed all missile launchers from the Euphrates River in the area stretching from Albukamal to Khatla, passing through Al Mayadeen, which is the main center of the militias in Deir ez-Zor located in Deir ez-Zor. It corresponds to the “SDF” districts and the “International Coalition” bases and is concentrated in the headquarters.

She explained: “It is not known whether the new instructions were aimed at isolating calm in the region, preparing unannounced targeting, or focusing on the use of Iranian drones, on which pro-Iranian elements have been trained during the last period.
