Volodymyr Zelensky reacted in an interview with Bild to Vladimir Putin’s speech this morning and stated that he does not believe that Vladimir Putin will use nuclear weapons in the Ukraine war. “There are risks,” he admitted, “but I don’t think he will use these weapons, I don’t think the world will allow him to use these weapons.”
Reacting to the speech in which the Russian president announced a mobilization of 300,000 reserve soldiers to fight in Ukraine, Zelensky said that “Putin wants to drown Ukraine in blood, but also in the blood of his own soldiers.”
“We already know that they mobilized cadets, people who did not know how to fight. These cadets fell, they couldn’t even finish the formation. All these people can’t fight. They came to us and died,” the Ukrainian leader continued.
