The former Russian president criticizes NATO members, saying they treat non-NATO countries as “retards”. And he warns: Western soldiers fighting Russia will be “legitimate targets.”
The former president of Russia and current vice president of the Russian security council, Dmitry Medvedev, returned this Monday to leave harsh criticism of the members of the North Atlantic Treaty.
In a post on Telegram, Dmitri Medvedev says that NATO countries “continue to do everything possible to fill the kyiv regime with weapons, tanks and other military equipment”sending its “bloodthirsty mercenaries” to Ukraine.
NATO members “passionately support, praise and kiss” the “bastards” who rule Ukraine, says the former Russian president.
Accusing the countries of the international organization of being “brazen” and “arrogant”, Dmitri Medvedev shoots that the Member States “treat” the other countries as “retarded”. And, smiling cynically, they offer their services peace-keeping.”
For Putin’s ally, NATO members only want to “establish a peace” that is “favorable” for them “from a position of strength” in the Ukraine war.
Dmitri Medvedev also warns that if Moscow detects NATO soldiers fighting against Russia, it will immediately turn them into “direct enemies”: “They will be a legitimate target for our Armed Forces if they are placed on the front lines without Russia’s consent.”
Finally, Dmitri Medvedev leaves a threat if this scenario is confirmed. “It only remains to wonder if Europe is prepared for a long line of coffins”concludes.
