A person fired into a crowd in a Louisville park. Police have yet to identify any suspects or determine a motive for the attack.
At least two people died and four were injured after a shooting in a park in Louisville, in the US state of Kentucky.
The authorities were called to Chickasaw Park at 9:00 p.m. this Saturday (five hours less in Lisbon), where hundreds of people gathered. “Someone began firing into the crowd, hitting at least six people,” the Louisville Metropolitan Police said at a news conference, according to CNN.

Two people were pronounced dead at the scene. Four injured were taken to the local hospital. One person is in serious condition, Louisville Deputy Police Chief Paul Humphrey said.
The police do not yet know the authority of the shooter. Humphrey clarified that the authorities had not yet been able to identify any suspects or determine the motives for the incident.
Saturday’s shooting comes a week after a man walked into a downtown Louisville bank and randomly shot employees, killing four people and wounding eight. The attacker, Connor Sturgeon, 25, was shot by authorities.
