European Parliament expresses “unconditional support” for Armenian sovereignty

The official called for the resumption of negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan “on all outstanding issues with a view to concluding a peace treaty.”

“We are committed to efforts towards the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, based on mutual recognition of sovereignty, inviolability of borders and integrity” of the two countries, Metsola said.
