This Monday, Israel bombed a predominantly Christian area located southeast of the city of Tripoli, in northern Lebanon, leaving at least 21 dead, the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health reported.

The Lebanese National News Agency (ANN) stated that this was Israel’s first bomb attack against the city of Aitou, belonging to the Zgharta district, adding that the attack targeted a residential apartment, while the media Local media reported that the property had recently been rented.

Israel’s massive bombing campaign, which began in late September, left more than 2,200 dead and forced more than 1.2 million people to flee their homes to escape the violence, according to data provided by the Lebanese government.

Meanwhile, in the Strip, Israeli forces continue to concentrate their attacks in the Jabalia area, in the north of the enclave, where they claim to have “eliminated dozens of terrorists” in the last day. In this place, residents report that there are families who are trapped in homes and shelters.
