Live/IDF says more than 100 targets in Lebanon were hit in the last 24 hours. Israel resumes bombing of humanitarian zone in Gaza

  • Israeli army carries out another attack on humanitarian camp in Gaza

    This Wednesday, Israeli forces bombed tents housing displaced Palestinians in the al-Mawasi area, west of the southern Gaza city of Rafah, Aljazeera reports.

    So far there is no information on the number of injuries and fatalities.

    On Tuesday, the IDF had already attacked tents housing displaced Palestinians in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, and Deir el-Balah, central Gaza, causing an unknown number of fatalities. According to the Israeli military, “members of Hamas and Islamic Jihad were carrying out terrorist activities” in the affected areas.

    Israel yesterday attacked more than 100 targets it classifies as “terrorist” in Lebanon and killed dozens of Hezbollah members through airstrikes, according to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), in a statement cited by the Times of Israel.

    Among the targets was the rocket launcher used in an attack on Israel that killed a man in the town of Ma’alot Tarshiha, the military said.

    The Israeli military did not mention any deaths or injuries caused to civilians in the country as a result of the attack.
