“I am 40 years old and unmarried and homeless… Is it the cause of the economic crisis or because it is a Capricorn? According to Magui Farah, Saturn is on the path to my happiness! ” But do the planets and constellations really rule our lives? We will find out the answer in the satirical mythological show “Capricorn, or Why Am I Unlucky?” Lebanese actor and historian Abdel Rahim Al-Aouji (pictured) hosts Al-Madina Metro on June 29 this year.

The presentation is a journey between legends, where the actor will try to prove to the audience that “the truth is in the constellations”, that it hinders them and leads to failures in life. Student paintings: wandering into the mysteries of the soul
It is still a fine art exhibition, and his paintings still hang on the walls of Adventists in Msaytbeh. An annual exhibition where students are free to draw before their work is suspended without review by arbitration committees. Guests walk as if walking into a recessed box. Hundreds of works in various media, gouache, oil, charcoal, etching and paste. The amazing thing is that it goes back to the main curriculum of the world, unintentionally… from cubism to surrealism to magical realism.

A long and endless series of choices that only lead to gaining freedom from educational programs that are compressed and focused on the processing and repetition of knowledge. The forest of proposals, the forest of distant wanderings in the secrets of the souls and spirits of students who found themselves in extracurricular activities, devoted themselves to their aspirations and identities, under the remote supervision of expert staff and Professor Elias Choufani. The event will continue until the end of this week in accordance with the open door policy.
* A wonderful exhibition for students: until the end of this week-“Adventist school” (Al-Musaytbeh-Beirut).
