On April 29, 2016, the inspectors parted ways. And they went ahead with the search. But with a specificity. In the residences of Mário Ferreira, a judge should be accompanying the process. Ivo Rosa himself proposed to accompany the search at the house in Porto. “As I am married to a district judge in Porto, the search will be chaired by me” and would have to have the presence of an element of the superior council of the judiciary. Ivo Rosa thus gave his approval for carrying out the procedures, suggesting three dates: April 29, May 2 or 3, 2016.
