COVID-19. Contest sought six entities from the health sector

This year, the Competition Authority carried out raids on six entities in the health sector, linked to the pandemic, with the president of the AdC, Margarida Matos Rosa, expressing concern about the so-called crisis cartels.

The same data also refers to another search for an entity in the distribution of health and wellness products.

The president of the AdC expressed his concern about the so-called “crisis cartels” -in which companies agree on practices and prices-, stating that these “are on our radar” and are being investigated.
