The disciplinary process against Judge Ivo Rosa will not end soon. Regarding the Observer, the criminal investigation judge challenged the accusation that was notified to him in June and requested the production of evidence in the disciplinary process, such as the hearing of witnesses and the addition of documentation.
The judicial magistrate himself has not even been heard by the landing judge Vítor Ribeiro, the judicial inspector who has led the disciplinary investigation of Ivo Rosa from the beginning.
As a whole, the Observer knows, the processing of disciplinary files should only be completed between the end of the year and the beginning of 2023.
