Former Trump officials Kellyanne Conway and Alyssa Farah Griffin discussed the 2020 election and the January 6 riots in the US Capitol on ABC’s The View on Tuesday.
Griffin said: “I left the President on the eve of January 6 when the Big Lie began to spread. I resigned on December 4 and spoke after January 6 when I saw a violent mob attack on the Capitol.
Conway said, “Is there a question?” he asked.
Griffin replied, “Yes. How do you still protect him? After trying to overthrow our democracy, do you think he could still be a good president?”
“That’s why I broke up with you three months ago, I bought four for my kids. I said less drama, more mommy. That’s exactly what I did. I guess you had a full month after the election that you had problems,” Conway said.
Griffin said: “I want to help my junior employees find jobs. Three weeks later I stayed…
Conway said, “I think people should know this because I haven’t seen you since you changed. But I want to tell you…
“To be clear,” said Griffin. I haven’t changed. I swear to the Constitution…
Conway said, “I don’t want to argue. You can talk to him every day. I am here as a guest.”
“I have sworn allegiance to the Constitution, not Donald Trump,” said Griffin.
“Like the rest of us,” Conway said. Like all of us and I appreciate that. I think there’s been a lot wrong with the 2020 campaign, and I don’t think your ex-boss Mark Meadows, who is a terrible chief of staff, does not fit the man at the time of the global pandemic, re-election. offer- “
“So is Donald Trump,” Griffin said.
After a conversation, Conway said, “Alyssa, if you think we should somehow think that you saw the light in the light and not your name, that’s not fair.”
“It’s a cheap shot,” Griffin said.
