Jamie Spears, the father of Britney Spears, has filed documents in court alleging that the singer launched a smear campaign against him on social media.

In the documents, Jamie demands that Britney sit down to testify for defaming him on social media and in her upcoming memoir.
According to legal documents, Jimmy’s attorney, Alex Weingarten, claims that Britney continues to post social media posts containing inflammatory accusations on various matters of fact and is also required to provide an affidavit.
And the British newspaper “Daily Mail” reported that Jamie wants to question Britney Spears in court over her accusations that he deprived her of painkillers and forced her to donate a large amount of blood for medical treatment during the period of guardianship.
As well as allegations that her father abused her guardianship and stole her property and money while he was supposed to manage her finances.
