President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been accused of illegally removing him from the federal government’s “Terrorism Watch List” in the United States and has not arrested him for two weeks.
According to an exclusive Fox News report, 35-year-old Isnardo Garcia Amado, an illegal alien from Colombia, was released by DHS inside the United States on April 18. Amado was released from a GPS tracking device like thousands of people crossing the border each month. As part of Biden’s extensive “Catch and Release” network.
According to the Fox News report, Amado was flagged as war for someone on the government’s terror watch list on April 21. Biden’s DHS allowed Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to arrest Amado until May 4, more than a week later.
On May 6, two days after ICE agents were given the green light to arrest Amado, an illegal immigrant was arrested in Pinellas County, Florida. According to Fox News, on May 9, local law enforcement turned Amado over to ICE agents and he is in custody pending his immigration hearing.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (right) told Fox News that the Biden administration did not provide his office with all the information regarding border crossings and the relocation of illegal aliens into the state.
“We want to know why DHS released a suspected terrorist to the United States and let him live freely in Florida for a few weeks,” DeSantis told Fox News. “How many more known or suspected terrorists has the Biden administration allowed in our country?”
According to Breitbart News, from February 2021 to April 2022, the Biden administration sent more than 954,000 people across borders to American communities. That’s more than the population of five states and more than double the population of Miami, Florida.
Since Biden took office in January 2021, 42 illegals have been detained on the FBI’s Terror Watch or No-Fly List on the southern border.
In April 2021, two illegal immigrants from Yemen arrived at the border. Both are on the terror watch list and the no-fly list.
DHS Secretary Alejandro Mallorcas did not hesitate to say during an April congressional hearing that none of the 42 people illegally detained at the border on the FBI’s Terror Watch or No-Fly List had been released inside the United States.
“As for the location of each, I don’t know the answer to your question,” Mallorcas said of the terrorist incidents on the border.
