House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (R-California) Paul Pelosi was reportedly arrested and arrested after drunk driving in Napa County, California, on a holiday weekend.
According to the Napa County Criminal Justice Network, the spokesperson’s wife was arrested in Napa County shortly before midnight (23:44) Saturday and was sent to jail on two charges a few hours later – after 4 a.m.
According to his arrest record, he was arrested for two misdemeanors:
(a) It is illegal for a person to drive while under the influence of any intoxicating drink.
(b) A person whose blood contains 0.08% or more alcohol by weight is prohibited from driving.
The exact details of the arrest, such as a photo of the arrested man “Paul Pelosi,” have yet to be made public. However, as TMZ reports, the 82-year-old man’s description matches his well-known description, specifically his birthday on April 15, 1940.
Bail was set at $5,000.
According to the Napa County Criminal Justice Network, Paul Pelosi was released at 7:26 am.

So far, there has been no official statement from the speaker, himself, his children and his close family.
When Breitbart News asked the spokesperson’s office for comment, spokesperson Drew Hammill said, “The spokesperson will not comment on this personal matter that occurred while we were on the East Coast.”
