The government approved a sum of about 15.3 million euros for the acquisition of the flu vaccine for the 2022/2023 season, the Ministry of Health announced this Friday.
The spending authorization of the five Regional Health Administrations (ARS) for the purchase of influenza vaccine was approved this Thursday in the Council of Ministers.
Asked about the authorized amount, the Ministry of Health said that the total amount cannot exceed 15,352,790.40 eurosto which VAT is added at the current legal rate, 501 thousand euros more than in the 2021/2022 flu season (14,851,577.85 euros).
