Chega/Azores questions the Regional Government about contracting in Grupo SATA

Chega/Açores sent a request to the parliament of the Azores this Thursday where it questions the Regional Government about hiring in the SATA group, justifying that “after almost two years of government” of the coalition “it is important to understand the true destination of the money public”. ”.

In the request, the sole deputy of Chega/Açores in the Regional Legislative Assembly, José Pacheco, wants to know “the money spent by each of the companies attached to the regional airlinein the first months of this year, regarding the contracts made with and without competition”, indicates a press release.

In addition, the deputy also wants to have access to Social Security contributions by sector, function and category, with the respective remuneration, broken down by each company of the SATA aviation group.

In the request sent now, Chega affirms that “almost two years have passed” of the government of the PSD/CDS-PP/PPM coalition in the Azores, which “discussed so much about hiring in the Public Business Sector by the previous socialist government ”. , since it was the previous socialist government that “absorbed a large part of the regional budget destined for acquaintances and sympathizers.”

“For this reason, it is important to know how the current Regional Government has managed public companies in terms of human resources”, defends Chega/Azores.

José Pacheco, quoted in the press release sent by the party, stresses that the parliamentary advocacy agreement that Chega established with the coalition “repudiated all kinds of non-transparent and harmful practices for the proper management of public funds.”

Given the proximity of the Plan and Budget, Chega understands that these clarifications on hiring in the Regional Business Public Sector (SPER) “must be staggered” to “shorten the response time and not overload services” and to “thoroughly finish all these hiring”. by company”, starting this process by the SATA group.
