The tournament features seven teams divided into two groups, with Lebanon in the first group along with teams from the Emirates, Kuwait and Oman, while hosts Saudi Arabia led the second group with Bahrain and Palestine next to it. .

On the first day in the first group of the tournament, May 18, 2022, Lebanon will play Kuwait at 18:30 Beirut time, and the UAE will meet on the second day, Thursday, 19th at 20:00, with the first round competitions ending in Oman on the current 29th at 18:30 All matches will be held at the Jazan Beach stadium.

Each group plays their matches in a league system from one stage, so that the first and second places advance to the semi-finals, and then the winners of the two matches of this round advance to the final match on May 23, 2022. In return, teams not advancing to the semi-finals will play to determine the 5th to 7th places in a one-stage league system.
