Syria’s Jableh defeated Lebanon’s Al-Ansar with a deadly AFC Cup goal

The Syrian team of Jableh defeated their Lebanese counterpart Al-Ansar by 1-0 in the match they face, on Saturday, on the second day of the group stage of the AFC Cup.

Jableh owed the victory to their star Hussain Juweed, who scored the only goal of the game when he took his last breath, specifically in the third minute of injury time.

With this victory, Jableh’s team added the first three points after losing in the first round against Al-Seeb of Oman 1-0.

On the other hand, Al-Ansar’s balance stopped at one point, which they got from their 1-1 draw with Kuwait’s Al-Kuwait on the final day.
