And Liverpool FC’s official Twitter account released a statement saying: “Deeply alarmed at the problems fans have experienced in entering the Stade de France stands when it comes to the most important match in European football, fans should not be faced with the problems that occurred today, which is why we called for the launch of a formal investigation to find out the reasons that led to these problems.”
The start of the match between Liverpool and Real Madrid was delayed by 37 minutes due to the delay in the arrival at the stadium of a large number of supporters and supporters.
According to the British network Sky News, police used batons and shields at the gates to prevent groups of fans from entering the stadium without presenting tickets, and repeatedly fired tear gas at fans.
