Basketball star LeBron James retracted his comments about imprisoned WNBA star Britney Griner, implying that he shouldn’t want to return to the US.
Griner has been imprisoned in Russia since February after authorities arrested him for having a CBD vape cartridge in his trunk. According to Breitbart News, when the WNBA wrote a letter to the Biden administration last week asking for help in removing Russia from the legal system, Griner’s wife, Cherell, said the president should do more.
