Barcelona have offered Gabonese striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang two clubs in England to join one during this summer’s transfers, according to Spanish newspapers.

Although Aubameyang joined Barcelona only 7 months ago, the Gabonese is on the cusp of leaving after signing Robert Lewandowski and Rafinha, extending Ousmane Dembele and recovering Ansu Fati from injury.

Chelsea are known to be looking for a new striker to sign, with Romelu Lukaku returning to Inter Milan and Timo Werner to RB Leipzig, while Manchester United are also interested in a new striker.

Barcelona offered Manchester United and Chelsea the opportunity to sign Aubameyang this summer, according to British newspaper The Independent.

The newspaper noted that Chelsea are more than United excited about the inclusion of the Gabonese as Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel looks forward to reuniting with Oba after he coached him at Borussia Dortmund.

Aubameyang reportedly made 23 appearances in various competitions, scoring 13 goals and providing one assist.
