The qualified teams contract for the 2022 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup Quarter-Finals currently taking place in Costa Rica until 28 August with Japan, the Netherlands, France and Nigeria has been completed.

Defending champions Japan won the full point after beating the United States 3-1 in the third and final round of Group D, and in their second match in the same group, the Netherlands beat Ghana 4-1.

Japan topped Group D with 9 points in three matches, while the Netherlands had 6 points and the Americas had 3 and Ghana’s balance sheet was left without points.

In the same round, the South Korean team lost to France 0:1 in the third group competition and said goodbye to the tournament, and in the second match of the same group, the Nigerian team defeated Canada 3:1.

In the quarter-finals, Japan will face France, which finished second in Group C, while the Netherlands will face Nigeria, which finished first in Group C.

Spain will also play first in the first group with Mexico, second in the second group and Colombia with the first in the second group, while Brazil will face the second in the first group.

The quarter-final matches will take place on 20 and 21 August, and the final match will take place on 28 August.
