US fund RedBird acquires AC Milan for 1.2 billion euros

The American fund RedBird completed the acquisition of AC Milan for 1,200 million euros, reported this Wednesday the Italian soccer champion, which belongs, since 2018, to to Elliott managementanother US fund.
