Clark Yarbrough, a football player at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas, died Sunday morning after a sudden fall, the school said in a statement.
“Today, the community of Ouachita mourns the death of veteran Clark Yarbrough, who died in a sudden fall this morning,” the university said in a statement. Wrote. “Join us to pray for his family and friends. More information on campus meetings following this tragedy will be announced soon.”

In Yarbrough’s final game, the 280-pound Yarbrough made two interceptions 6-1, beating the Oklahoma Baptists 42-32 on Thursday. Yarbrough has a business degree from Ouachita Baptist and is originally from Rowlett, Texas.
