Barcelona coach Javi Hernandez spoke about several questions regarding the club in the upcoming stage, ahead of the expected match against Cadiz in the fifth round of the Spanish League at the New Mirandela stadium.

“Cádiz is a tough opponent, rocky, very defensive,” Xavi told a press conference. “They’ve made things difficult for us in the last four games.”

He continued: “The match will be difficult, especially since Cadiz are always more aggressive at home, they are doing very well, even though they did not start very well.”

As for thoughts on the match against Bayern Munich, he said: “At the moment we are focused on the match against Cadiz, we have to be modest, we play for three very important points and we are waiting to beat Cadiz without thinking about Bayern Munich.

He added: “Managing the match against Bayern Munich is not difficult, there are both experienced players and young people here, and they are all enthusiastic and constant, and I need all of them.”

And about the possibility of a new duo of Bellerin and Alonso against Cadiz, he continued: “They are fine, tomorrow they will be on the call list, they are training well and they feel good.”

Barcelona are in second place in La Liga with 10 points, while Cadiz are in last place without points.
