The Kuwaiti Blues in futsal beat their Omani counterpart by seven goals: two in a match that brought them together at the Sheikh Saad al-Abdullah Hall in the first round of the Asian Championship.

With this result, the Kuwait Blues topped Group A with 3 points, with a goal difference from the Thai team.

The Kuwaiti team hosting the match benefited from early lead Abdul Rahman Al-Taweel and Abdul Latif Al-Abbasi.

The Omani team tried to bounce back with the result of the match and it was a match for the blues, but Abdul Rahman Al-Taweel, Kuwait’s best player in the first half, managed to add a third goal in the 23rd minute, which frustrated the guests. The first with a white pentagon for Kuwait.

In the second half, Abdul Latif Al-Abbasi scored the sixth goal, and the Omani team responded with their first goal through Mahmoud Al-Balushi.
