The Boilis buy Portimonense, currently ranked fourth in Portugal’s first division, and it is believed they have identified the country as the perfect home, along with Belgium, France and Brazil.

The new Chelsea executives are still exploring the possibility of buying the Belgian club, but their attempts to acquire French club Sochaux and Brazilian giants Santos have failed.
