Chinese “BAIC” has unveiled its new vehicle designed to compete with the most advanced crossover cars in global markets.
The new car comes as a modified version of the Beijing X7 cars that came out last year but has a new design for the front and rear lights and shock absorbers, and the shape of the wheel discs has changed and there are 4 exhausts vent.
The vehicle, which is 4 meters long, 75 centimeters long, 189 cm wide and 171 cm high, also has door handles hidden inside the structure from which they come out when needed.
Having an elegant and unique cockpit inside, the vehicle is equipped with a new steering wheel and a large touchscreen, with a driving interface and an interface that differs in terms of the positions and shapes of the air vents. It extends from the entire driver to the center, and a large touchscreen is also placed between the two front seats to control many of the vehicle’s features.
BAIC has backed this car with excellent braking and suspension system, blind spot system to avoid accidents, light and rain sensor, front and rear distance sensor, camera that provides peripheral view of the chassis, remote engine and headlight start system. system to call for help in an emergency.
This car will be offered with two types of engines: a turbocharged petrol engine with a capacity of 1.5 liters and a torque of 188 horsepower, and a fuel-efficient hybrid engine that provides the equivalent of 150 horsepower, these engines will be a 7-speed automatic transmission.
