Killing Bill O’Reilly was harder than you think.
Since leaving Fox News in 2017, many on the left thought Bill O’Reilly was over. It is cancelled. Completed. They’re wrong. The conservative political commentator, known for his “no-nonsense” approach to experts, has spent the last five years building his media empire, which includes a subscription site, radio, podcasting, streaming video, and celebrity popularity. murder a series of historical books.
Today, its total viewership is estimated to exceed Fox News.
How did Bill O’Reilly survive so many cancellations? To hear you say that, he must have refused to declare his defeat and walked away. He also avoided any form of self-pity.
“I don’t really see myself as a victim. #1,” he told Breitbart News in a recent interview. He doesn’t hold a grudge against Fox News, saying they “fulfilled their contractual obligations.”
Looking back, he describes leaving the network as “one of the best experiences of my life” because it allows him to be his own boss.
“I don’t have to report anything to anyone. “It’s like a release in corporate America 45 years later – corporate America isn’t terrible for me,” he said. “I made a lot of money and became very famous, so I can’t complain about it.”
O’Reilly has moved on, but that doesn’t mean he’s the forgive-and-forget type, especially when it comes to those trying to undermine his career in the left media.
“Crazies who spent millions of dollars to destroy me, we know who they are. There will be punishment, but it will be in my time.”
For now, 72-year-old O’Reilly is focused on representing her growing audience.
“They’re the good guys,” he said of his loyal fans. “These are people who want to do a good job in life and respect their country.”
O’Reilly said she recently signed a two-year extension where she ran a daily evening show on 77 WABC Radio in New York. His show at 9 PM is #1 on all New York radio for the 12+ age group.
It also won the talk-radio contest in WOR with a share of 7.8 and also a share of 0.9 in the WOR.
Overall, O’Reilly can be heard on 300 radio stations nationwide and has more than 2.4 million monthly listeners. His podcast is downloaded more than 10 million times a month and his presence on YouTube, Facebook and The First TV is 10 million views per month.
It has also recently signed with Vidgo, one of the newest TV streaming services.
Despite all the shocks, O’Reilly has remained the same O’Reilly fans have always known – tough but fair; passionate but not hyperbolic; benign but not petrified.
And of course: no rotation. “I don’t broadcast ideologically. Liars on the left portrayed me like this,” he said.
O’Reilly has been known to anger the right at times with his views on the latest news. He recently defended Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (right) versus conservative comedian Alex Stein, who caught the congresswoman on camera and gushed about the “giant booty” in a viral video.
Some lunatics stalked and harassed Congressman Ocasio-Cortez and then posted it. It should stop. We need new laws to protect government officials and others. And now we need them.

“I think it’s important to me to be fair,” she said. “Too many haters on the far left. I know them better than most Newspaper “New York Times, Huffington Post, Daily Monster. They hate traditional, conservative people. There are no two sides to this. So when done right the same, should I just ignore it? I would be hypocritical.”
Recently, O’Reilly has spent a lot of time tracking the FBI’s raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago mansion.
O’Reilly said he spoke to multiple sources, including Trump himself.
“I’m interested in knowing what’s going on,” he said, adding that his fact-based approach to comments “set me apart from everyone else in the country who speculates.”
He made harsh words about the Ministry of Justice. “This is a dreadful neglect of duty with a capital D.” You have to clarify to people. The arrogance of the federal government is too great.”

Going forward, O’Reilly said she’s keeping her job options open. “I always get deal offers,” he said, adding that he has nothing to prove professionally and just wants to leave a “legacy of integrity.”
There was one thing he was absolutely sure of. When asked if he would like to return to cable news, he answered “No” without hesitation.
