This is the picture drawn by the daily report of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), a group of experts based in the United States. The document, released this Sunday, is especially critical of Vladimir Putin and the value that is being given to Severodonetskthe main focus of the war.
“The Russian president, Vladimir Putin, is inflicting unspeakable suffering on the Ukrainian people and exacting horrible sacrifices from his own people in an effort to take over a city that is not worth it, even for him”, analysts Frederick W. Kagan, Kateryna Stepanenko and George Barros begin writing.
