And she pointed out that “the Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia indicated that the mechanism for interaction between the Ministry of Defense and the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, which was approved by the Russian Military Administration in Moscow, is working successfully,” noting that “the Deputy Minister emphasized that there is a regular exchange of information on humanitarian questions. The security of convoys of international organizations is regularly ensured, the task of evacuating the civilian population from the plant (Azovestal) in Mariupol has been successfully solved. “
She pointed out that “the problem of exporting grain from the territory of Ukraine was discussed separately at the meeting, as Fomin emphasized that Russia does not close Ukrainian ports in the Black Sea”, stressing that “in March, a humanitarian corridor was opened through which ships can leave the ports of Ukraine .And that the Russian armed forces are ready to ensure their safety in raids leading to international waters.
