US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland ignored the official invitation sent to her by the Russian Parliamentary Committee to investigate the activities of US biological laboratories in Ukraine.

Yarovaya noted that the refusal of the invitation to provide the necessary information to complete the parliamentary inquiry procedure could be considered by the commission as confirmation of inappropriate activities by U.S. government agencies related to the establishment and operation of biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine.
