After the Chicago police shot and wounded an American black child, despite raising his hands to surrender to them while trying to escape, he aroused the anger of social media pioneers.
The clip, which was released to the American media, depicts a 13-year-old black child trying to escape from a police officer who was chasing his car in Chicago.

The film also shows an incident that took place on 28 May, when a child raised his hands as he arrived at a gas station in the city, but this did not prevent him from being shot and severely injured.
According to the British newspaper The Independent, the boy’s family complained to the police department, claiming that their son had obeyed police orders and that he was unarmed and had not received any threats when he was shot.
The family also condemned the police’s transfer of their injured son to the darkness next to a gas station, despite his severe injury, which required him not to move his body until the ambulance arrived.
With the release of this video, the demands of the veterans of communication sites to respond to the police and prevent violent crimes against blacks in the United States were renewed.
