Timur Fakhrameev, Justice of the Peace of Moscow’s Tagansky District, issued a statement that fined Google 21 billion 77 million 392 thousand 317 rubles 80 kopecks ($368 million), the second fine for intransigence. A new case against the giant company was opened on June 22 for repeated refusal to remove prohibited information (part 5 of article 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). Prior to this, the Russian Agency for Supervision of Communications and Information Technology Roskomnadzor sent 17 notifications to Google asking on its YouTube to remove unreliable information about the course of the military operation in Ukraine, since it discredits the reputation of the Russian army, but the company did not remove this information .
