The General Command of the Syrian Army and Armed Forces has decided to release and demobilize some groups from service in the ranks of the Syrian army.

In accordance with Administrative Order No. 16492-1 issued today, Wednesday, by the General Command of the Ground Forces and the Armed Forces, the following is being implemented:

– From 09/01/2022, the retention and call-up of reserve officers (human doctors, dentists and pharmacists), with the exception of doctors specializing in anesthesiology, resuscitation and emergency care, will cease.

Officers (physicians, dentists and pharmacists) enlisted in the military service are discharged from the day of the end of their military service, with the exception of doctors specializing in anesthesiology, resuscitation and emergency care, with the following procedures: taken properly in this regard.

Anesthesiology, critical care, and emergency medical professionals (with the end of their mandatory or reserve service) are terminated in accordance with the possibility of refusal of their services by the Department of Medical Services.
