The President of Belarus congratulates the Ukrainian people on Independence Day

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Russia’s main ally, which has led an offensive in Ukraine for six months, has sent a congratulatory message to the Ukrainian people on the occasion of Independence Day, his cabinet announced.
