In the last few hours there have been several demonstrations that have taken place in the United States of America and have demanded justice for Tire Nichols, the 29-year-old African-American who was killed by police earlier this month after violent attacks. .
The videos captured by the agents’ body cameras were released last Friday by the police in the city of Memphis, in the US state of Tennessee, and raised a wave of outrage throughout the country.

From coast to coast, protests have multiplied across the United States in recent hours. According to NBC News, there were demonstrations in at least 13 cities: Los Angeles, Sacramento and San Francisco, California; Washington, DC and New York, in the states of the same name; Atlanta Georgia; Boston, Mass.; Detroit, Mich.; Asheville, North Carolina; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Providence, Rhode Island; Memphis, Tennessee; and Dallas, Texas.
The protests remained peaceful, but the images show crowds of people gathered in the different cities, in some cases facing adverse weather conditions, such as snow, strong winds and negative temperatures.
Many protesters held signs calling for justice for Tire Nichols. “The people demand: end police terror” and “end the war against black America” are some of the messages that can be read.
